There are 7 methods of payment available.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages under 1 Kilogram will be charged a flat rate of Rs 200 via BLUEDART Express/PAFEX priority shipping. All packages over 1 kg will be charged Rs 100 per additional Kilogram if using BLUEDART Express/PAFEX priority shipping. For packages under 2 Kg, BLUEDART Express/PAFEX priority shipping will be the default shipping method unless other shipping method is specified. All other special shipping rates are priced as determined by BLUEDART Express/PAFEX priority shipping or Indian Postal Service.
Heavier Orders above 3 Kg and up to 10 Kg will be shipped by BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LIMITED/NITCO D2D/BLUEDART SURFACEINE/DTDC SURFACE and will be charged a flat rate of Rs 400
International Shipping Policies
International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the location, as determined by the FedEx or DHL Express rates. Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a Indian bank. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason. DHL Express and FedEx shipping come up with a tracking number and will take anywhere from 2 to 4 days for delivery no matter where you are.
As a foreign customer, you will end up with 1 of 2 numbers for your package if the package is shipped via EMS speed post. One of the numbers will start with LW. This means your package will be shipped via global priority. We try to do this whenever possible. It is an upgrade in shipment that does not occur with every package; not every country can get global priority. This method will allow tracking. If a package weighs over 4lbs, it can not have global priority mail.
If you have a CP number: That is ONLY a customs slip number, not a tracking number. It will be used to reference your package should customs seize it. It will not track in any way.
If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect the banned items and move the rest forward. If your shipment contains 1 banned item, we are not responsible if it gets seized; you are taking a risk by ordering these items. Realize AIRMAIL may take up to a month to deliver to your country.
Tampered/Mutilated Packages
Before accpeting the packages and signing the Courier Company POD (Proof of Delivery), the consignee MUST ensure that he opens up the package and cross check that everything that has been ordered is received intact. If the customer is not happy with the "In-Transit" service of the courier company and believes that the package is in mutilated/damaged condition, he must open up the package and verify the contents before signing.
No claims will be entertained thereafter under any circumstances as we cannot take any such issue with the courier company after the POD has been signed by the consignee.
Refund Policy
We do not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site, product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer web site, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do ask that feedback regarding the effectiveness of the merchandise be posted on this site, as to allow other consumers to make informed decisions. Please note that there is a 20 percent restocking fee on all returned items.
Credit Card Fraud
We have many checks in place to be as sure as we can that an order is not fraud. We will check your billing address, your IP address, your credit card information and much more. If you do place a fraudulent order, we will prosecute and contact the authorities in your area. Do not even think about submitting a fraudulent order. We do this to protect our good customers. |
